Since Amago's agents are custom built for your business, we can only estimate your costs. Our billing is straightforward and split into two components.
Our most responsive voice agents cost between $8 - $14/hr when integrations with existing tools are minimal. While this already represents a significant cost savings over traditional receptionists,
note that operating costs are only incurred when your agents are actively engaged in customer interactions.
Amago bills in one minute increments, so you're not paying for idle labor. During slow hours with only a handful of inbound calls,
you'll only be charged for a few minutes of operating time.
Foreign language support, operation outside typical business hours, and support for multiple concurrent calls are included with no additional cost.
Integration with many internal tools, reliance on API's, and dependence on large pools of internal data can all increase costs beyond the quoted range.
These costs vary significantly depending on the complexity of your internal systems, however we are sometimes willing to waive this cost for larger customers or those willing to commit to longer-term contracts. These setup costs should quickly pay for themselves through operational savings.
